A luxurious guesthouse comprised of three separate casitas in a secure and private complex located a few minutes walk from Sayulita main beach and town center. Our complex can accommodate a large group when booking multiple units and also works perfectly for smaller parties (singles, couples, etc.) who can choose from one of four different casitas.

Casa Vecino's casitas were built in the summer of 2016. Casa Vecino combines the warmth of a traditional Mexican home with a touch of modern design. It features a heated salt water pool, ocean view rooftop deck with hammocks and a propane BBQ. Casa Vecino is located on a quiet tree lined street in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

Casa Vecino

Casa Vecino is a guest house with 3 rental units that can accommodate up to 12 guests. Our guest house has 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. We offer a heated, saltwater swimming pool and a rooftop with ocean, jungle, and town views, featuring hammocks, open seating, and a grill. Our location is a 5-10 minute walk to the town plaza, the main beach, and surf break, as well as to most of the towns best bars and restaurants. We are also located close to a 20-minute jungle trail that leads to two other beaches. All of our units feature wifi, well-appointed kitchens, outdoor dining, full baths, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and large safes.
